Seminar Description
This presentation endeavors to review the 2018 IBC Chapter 17 requirements for construction quality control, including testing, inspections and structural observations. The goal is to help specify with confidence, clear and robust quality control provisions within the construction documents, without being either excessive or inadequate. The Chapter 17 provisions will be coordinated with and include quality control provisions found in many of the most often used standards, such as AISC, ACI and TMS.The views and opinions expressed in this seminar are those of the speaker(s) and do not necessarily reflect those held by S.
