Dr. S. K. Ghosh was joined by Pro Dasgupta, David Bonowitz, Jason Ericksen, Don Allen and Susan Dowty at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama for the week of Sept. 15th – 19th to present a seminar on the requirements of UFC 3-310–04, Seismic Design of Buildings, to the Army Corps of Engineers. The five-day event discussed many topics addressing the intricacies of seismic design and corresponding special detailing requirements based on type of construction.
